I got a new phone. How do I get my purchases back?

Sign in with the same Apple Account, open the game, then Settings → Restore. Forever purchases (No Ads, Double Rewards, Double Flowers, cats and the starter pack) come back. Items that are used up, like flowers and tickets, can't be restored.

How do I get a refund?

All payments go through Apple, and Apple decides refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do ads work?

Ads are non-personalised and family-friendly for every player. No Ads or Double Rewards removes the ads between runs. Reward videos are always your choice, with a daily limit shown in the game.

How do I turn reminders on or off?

In the game: Settings → Reminders. Or on your iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Squishy Cat.

What are the chances in the Purr-ize Machine?

Tap Odds in the Purr-ize Machine to see the current chance of each rarity before you play.

How do I delete my data?

The game keeps your progress only on your device, with no accounts. Deleting the game deletes it. We don't hold a copy. See our Privacy Policy.
