Local Keys is designed so your speech is turned into text on your iPhone. We, the developer, run no servers that receive your voice or text, and there's no account to make. The internet is used to download speech models, by Apple's own services such as the App Store, and for our help and feedback forms when you choose to open them. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
